We are currently looking for a detail oriented individual to join our team for the position of Renewal Specialist.
Job Description
The Renewal Specialist is a salary-based position. You will be responsible for working with current policy holders (PHs) to ensure we continue to offer the right coverages at a competitive price. You will work with our existing team on finding the best option, review proposals for accuracy, and communicate directly with our PHs via email, text, and phone.

Qualifications
- Be excellent with people
- Excel in a fast paced environment
- Education: minimum of high-school diploma or equivalent
- Type 40+ WPM
- Willing to submit to (and pass!) a background check
- Willing to submit to a personality test
- Obtain P&C insurance license (at agency’s expense) within 30 days of hire date
- Able to work from home office in a quiet environment with hi-speed internet
