Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Selling Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role will focus on selling insurance policies via inbound leads and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include selling inbound leads, handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring positive customer experiences. The representative will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the products offered. This role provides consistent sales opportunities via inbound leads. This role also provides opportunity for advancement within the agency into a management level position.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Active Life Insurance License is a plus)
- Successful selling experience
- Tech-savvy
- Experience with AMS software such as EZLynx and CRM software such as AgencyZoom is a plus
- Positive Attitude-No whining or negativity
- Proficiency in customer service, customer support, and delivering customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with insurance sales, including auto, home, life, business
- Sales aptitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations is beneficial
- Designated work space to ensure customer information remains confidential
- Access to reliable high speed internet
