Remote Customer Service Representative

July 1st, 2024: We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team for the position of Customer Service Representative.

 

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is a salary-based position with incentives for assisting prospects and current clients with new policies. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and text messages. You will help current customers with policy changes and new policies. You will also help prospective customers by gathering info and completing and presenting proposals.

Qualifications

  • Be excellent with people
  • Excel in a fast paced environment
  • Education: minimum of high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Type 40+ WPM
  • Willing to submit to (and pass!) a background check
  • Willing to submit to a personality test
  • Obtain P&C insurance license (at agency’s expense) within 30 days of hire date
  • Able to work from home office in a quiet environment with hi-speed internet
